We Witnessed our first residential ventures in Mulund, Ghatkopar & Bhandup. Same year We experienced great success with ACE group's - Anthurium, Courtyard, Enclave. Looking ahead to new horizons and exciting opportunities in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
We Once again Launched a commercial project in Wagle Estate called Centura Square Also in the same year we introduced our residential project in Thane named Vistas. Recognizing the importance of a robust digital presence, we launched our website offering a seamless experience for our clients.
In December 2020, we celebrated another achievement with the successful sales of the Mahavir Square project by Dhamji Shamji and Squarefeet group. Continuing the momentum we made our first foray into the commercial sector in 2020 with the launch of Centrum Business Square at Wagle Estate, Thane.
Our most significant milestone came in 2019 with the launch of Metropolis Township with total land parcel of massive 20 acres a joint venture between Ace & Sqaurefeet group.
Among our most exhilarating ventures was our five-year partnership with The Raunak Group, a collaboration marked by shared vision and mutual success. Also, we have enriched our offerings by introducing new services such as property management and investment consulting, further enhancing the value we bring to our clients real estate endeavors.
We Expanded our portfolio and Embarked on Royal heights project to include a wider range of properties, catering to diverse needs and to better serve our growing clientele. Expanded into new markets, leveraging emerging opportunities in real estate.
With a vision to revolutionize the real estate industry, our journey began with a tight-knit team of passionate professionals. Our inaugural project, Fiama Residency, marks the first step in our evolution, undertaken in collaboration with Kasam Developers.
